Seatbelt Buckled!

  So what's up with this blog title, "Seatbelt Buckled"?  Many years ago when I was first dipping my toes into serving in the short-term mission field in Dulac, Louisiana, there would be days, sometimes hours, when God was so "on the move" that all I could do was buckle my seatbelt and hold on for the wild ride that was to come. The best days were those when I could call my husband or a close friend, and ask, "Do you have your seatbelt buckled?", and then proceed to tell them everything that had been going on. I suppose it's natural that there are seasons of wild & crazy rides with God, followed by those that are more like a float on the lazy river ... and even those that are like falling out of the inner tube and feeling for a minute as though we're drowning.   Recently I've feel like I'd better keep my seatbelt buckled all the time! This is good and fun and a bit hectic ... and as long as it's all for Kingdom
